Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the city center in an absolute quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden flooring combined with modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, wi-fi, Playstation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even in the hot summer days.

I welcome people from all over the world whether for relaxation or on business trips. Cozy tiny house in the countryside with 2000m2 garden for 1 to 4 people: 24m2 ground floor with a beautiful seating area and a wood stove + 24m2 attic with a sloping ceiling with 4 mattress beds including duvets, cushions, bed linen, hand and bath towels. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen are in the main house right next door. Upon arrival, a local tax of 2,20 €/ person/night has to be paid for municipality.

Ist es die Nähe zu den Bergen, Flüssen, oder die Therme direkt im Ort. Direkt am Radweg gelegen ist es ein wunderbarer Ausgangsort für Aktive. Solltest Du einen Rückzugsort mit Büro benötigen funktioniert es genauso. Ein wunderbarer Ort mit geschmackvoller, moderner Einrichtung und Liebe zum Detail. Der nächste Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar.
