Cozy home near the lake is a peaceful place to relax or adventure in the lakes region.The house is located right next to the Glendale Yacht Club and 0.3 miles or a 6 min walk (based on Google) to the Lyon's Den Restaurant and water access at the Glendale Public Docks (no swim area). The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)

Enjoy a wonderful experience filled with hospitable touches at this centrally located, 1-bedroom condo with private beach access to Lake Winnipesaukee and a direct walking path to the Bank of NH Pavilion. Our unit has a kitchen, private deck, queen bed, sleeper sofa, and lots of amenities. Great for bike week, concerts, trips to the lake, and hiking trails! IMPORTANT: The indoor pool, hot tub, & sauna are currently closed for construction. We do not have a date of when this will be completed.
