A maritime dream at the top of a sea bow. The building dates from 1895 and is one of the houses that survived the fire, and the apartment was completed in 2019. Here you can enjoy beautiful views, great sunsets, sea and seagulls right outside the windows. The place has an amazing distinctiveness and is centrally located, but off the beaten path. It is a nice walk of 5 min into the city center. In the building you will also find a treasure chest of an antique shop and café.
