Charming cottage, labeled, recently renovated, very well-equipped, with a beautiful living space, two beautiful bedrooms and a cozy landing allowing a very pleasant stay. The accommodation is rentable in any season thanks to central heating. The courtyard offers another pleasant living space for beautiful days. You will enjoy the calm of the village and the proximity of the large Lot sites: 4 km from Gouffre de Padirac, 3 km from Carennac, 8 km from Autoire, 30 min from Rocamadour, 100 m from the Dordogne.

On the ground floor: a living room with a sofa that can be transformed into a single bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Shaded terrace with furniture including loungers and barbecue loungers. Linens provided.

Upstairs we find a bedroom with 1 bed 160 ,the bathroom with toilet. Outside covered terrace and an uncovered view of the ruins of Taillefer.La Dordogne at 100m fishing ,canoeing ,hiking and mountain biking...shops at 5 min .
