Frome Fern Tree Cottage an independent house

Fern Tree is a special compact, bijou and quirky 300 hundred year old cottage situated in the heart of the conservation area in the historic town of Frome. Feel the atmosphere as you walk in that only time can create. It has a master bedroom with a king size bed. The second bedroom one single bed has stairs to the attic room, no door. attic room has 2 single beds and a 6th person is a mattress on the floor A wooden, well equipped kitchen leads you out to a beautiful peaceful sunny courtyard.

Ideal studio for a single, a couple or a parent and child over 5 years. Cosy, quiet, with access to garden, 10 minutes walk to the fantastic town of Frome! Bed-sitting area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, separate entrance. A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. Beautifully renovated 17th Century cottage.

Old Well House is situated in the Keyford district of the lovely market town of Frome, Somerset. Recently renovated with modern kitchen and bathroom, it still retains its period character. Downstairs has a kitchen-diner, sitting room and sun room opening onto a quiet private garden. A wooden spiral staircase leads upstairs to two large double bedrooms and the shower room. Just a ten minute walk from the town centre, with its vibrant shops and cafes and renowned monthly independent market.

The house that Jeremy built.... and Lisa filled with sewing stuff! Designed and built by Jeremy as a wood workshop which was swiftly outgrown so it was remodelled as our home office with mezzanine floor, large ground floor window, insulation and heating. The Amberley House Annex is a private space adjoining this historic main house, just above the river Mells in the beautiful little village of Great Elm, just 10 minutes outside of Frome. You have your own front door, a cosy sitting room and upstairs a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
