For rent is a beautiful, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen with living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, the sleeping area is located above the living room in the roof top, which can be reached via a ladder with railings. In the living room there is a sofa which can be unfolded and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

In front, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The device is as good as new and expedient. You can reach via a separate entrance the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1,80m x 2,00m) and the bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.

Nearby the apartment there are various shopping and activities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, bank, outdoor pool, fitness center). Bus and train can be reached on foot in 5 min. and by train (13 min), bus (30 min, runs every 20 min also at night) or car (15 min) in Dresden city center. The Elbe Trail can be reached by bike within 5 minutes.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell in der City aber ebenso schnell im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viel Spaß hier in Dresden :). Ps. Wir vermieten in der Regel nicht für gewerbliche Gäste. TV nur Netflix :).
