Charming bungalow close to lake/fishing/hunting

We're in the small town of Franklin, with restaurants, park, grocery store & theatre all within 10 min walk. Harlan County reservoir is only a 20 min drive away, boat rentals are available there. Lots of nice beach & swimming areas & great fishing. Great area for bird & game hunting. Our home is nicely furnished & has been freshly painted & new bathroom showers. There is a huge back yard, a double car garage & plenty of parking. We have air mattresses, a crib & a high chair available for use.
