Key West Houseboat Paradise

54 foot houseboat (1987), Fully Rebuilt in 2022. On a old 15 slip dock on Stock Island, 15 min drive to Key West. Big living room, Full Kitchen, Queen Bdrm + sofa bed. The dock is very local, 'old Key West' sort of vibe with mostly older live-aboard boats. The property has an fairly industrial feel to it with a 2-bay local garage/taxi company on site so Shore Side is nuthin' fancy but the back deck looks out on mangrove islands dotting Boca Chica Channel with two 12' Sea Kayaks ready to go.

Unique Concrete House Boat!!! NO CLEANING FEES!!!

This ferrocement boat was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

This hip spot is the new thing in lodging. Aqua Lodge is all the modern amenities while being on the water. Full kitchens, flat screen tv's, wi-fi , pool, bikes, sunset beach. We have it all right at your finger tips. You can sleep up to 5 people comfortably. We have great air conditioning and big showers. The deck is furnished with a dining table for those romantic outdoor dinners in the moonlight. We also have a sunset beach area for the best sunsets in the Florida keys!
