What you'll do

You will learn how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real laboratory of pasta, reviewed among the "best 10 pastificio in Rome" . In a maximum 8 people class, we will start with handmade pasta, made with different kind of flours: like ancient grain Triticum Monococcum, Grano Saraceno (buckwheat) and wholemeal flour. We will do thin sheets dough, explanation of safe food cutting procedures, realization of three types of ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine with two tipical italian sauces. The experience includes a delicious tasting of local cheese or homemade prosciutto hand cut.
We can also accomodate GLUTEN allergy guests for a very tasty fresh pasta and VEGAN guests for pasta without eggs.
We will cook all pasta and the sauces made during the class, eating our differents kind of pasta done, sipping good italian wine. An express tiramisu preparation will follow as a dessert. Moreover, to all the participants will be offered complimentary, the exclusive Professional Chef Hat with logo of "Pastificio Faini" and also the apron with logo. In additional to the regular program, everyday of the week a different version will be presented: Monday-Wednesday-Saturday Carbonara sauce; Tuesday-Friday Cacio e Pepe sauce; Thursday gnocchi!

    The best experience from Rome. We left with amazing feeling and new experience. Emanuele is great person with big energy and super skills. We made pasta, drink wine, eat cheese and get all recipes for home. We cant wait to prepare it at home:) Highly recommended and one big thank you to emanuele.

    Loved this experience, it was such a great fun way to learn how to make fresh pasta yourself. Emanuele is a great teacher, he shared some important tips and tricks to remember, so you can be sure to recreate recipes home. Definitely recommend, whether you are a good cook or simply love eating pasta :)

    Maybe the coolest person in Rome? My group think so. We meet a amazing person in Emanuele. He was so nice and open with everybody. The pasta course it self was so good! We learned so much about pasta, and the taste was so good. This is the course you don't want to miss while staying in Rome.

    I did a lot of research before booking a pasta cooking class here in Rome and I chose Emanuele’s class based off his reviews. But let me tell you, this was hands down my all time favorite experience we’ve had on our entire trip. The restaurant was clean and cute and picturesque, Emanuel was so charming, funny, and super knowledgeable and the pasta making was super fun. But to top it all off, the pastas and tiramisu at the end of the class was hands down our best we had in Rome. I wish I could go back already!
