What you'll do

Ready to have a transformational experience and elevated consciousness using only...your breath? It sounds strange but Psychedelic Breathwork is being utilized to cure anxiety, addiction, trauma, you name it! This is not Pranayama, this is heart-opening, vision-inducing, ego dissolving conscious connected breathing!

This session is accompanied by live music-beautiful healing sounds of the flute and handpan played by Andres. These soothing tones support you through this transformational journey inward.

After arriving at the magical cenote Yaxchen we will get to know the group a bit and settle into the session. Once I have explained the breathing technique we will begin and so will our beautiful music creating a moving experience. As we finish space will be held to discuss and share your thoughts and feelings that came up.

Then it's time to enjoy a fresh cold-pressed juice together and then jump into the refreshing waters of the cenote to ground back into our bodies and bathe in the peaceful natural setting. Watch waterbirds dive for fish or maybe if you are lucky you will see our little crocodile friend sunning himself in the mangroves.

I invite you to pick our brains as your personal travel guides to Tulum. From the most legit tacos to safe and authentic Ayahuasca Ceremonies, I have lived here for 3 years, Andres over 7, and we love to share all the best-kept secrets!

I am a certified Breathwork Coach and Yoga Teacher living in Tulum. After experiencing Tulum magic for just a single afternoon I fell in love and was ready to make the leap and become a local myself! I dropped my 9-5 office job in San Francisco, California and booked a one-way ticket to this lovely beach-side town and everyday since has been an adventure!

My co-host Andres has lived here over seven years making him a Tulum-expert. His intuitive style of music comes straight from the heart and is gifted to each participant. A man of many talents and lover of the natural world, Andres also guides kayak and snorkeling tours and crafts cold-pressed juices.

Where you'll be

Where we'll meet
Tulum
Tulum is world-renown for its magical underground rivers that meet the earth's surface called "cenotes". Cenote Yaxchen is a taste of Tulum from simpler days when the focus was on things like nature, sunrises, and self-discovery. We love hosting in a space that still values the natural world and offers a container to explore yourself.

This is an open hearted woman who welcomes you as you are. If this is a first time breath workshop for you, you could not find a kinder, more informed coach, to make you feel at ease. She will explain the ins and outs, and no, it is nothing complicated. She guides you to just let go and go for it. Open yourself up here, this is a very safe space. You will enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the magical little areas that are set up in this cenote space. For later you may want to bring things to go hang out at the beach. It is awesome there too!

Lily guided us into a safe space where we opened our hearts and minds. Accompanied by Zara’s music which may bring tears to your eyes. Was a perfect start to our morning with a beautiful and relaxing location. Lily was responsive and very sweet. We shared this experience with some really nice people and shared stories. Would do it again and again.

This experience was one of a kind and left me feeling more in tune with myself. And the location was so beautiful, next to a cenote which added a breathtaking, serene feel, summing up to the entire experience. And most importantly, you’ll greatly appreciate Lily and Andres who were both such amazing, open minded individuals!

Lily and Andres were great. The music was magical and he made a bad asses pressed juice. Lily did a great job in teaching us how to breathe since this was our first breath work. She guided us through the whole the whole process and made a personal connection with all of us. Talking about it at the end with the whole group really brought us together.

I met Lily at a class I took in Hotel Zone back in May of '21. She is utterly amazing. I will forever make it a point to take her class when in Tulum
