We are the host Kwon Young-chan, who has been operating the natural log park hotel for 10 years in the clean forest of Jeju, and Kim Myung-ji, Cheon Ji-young, Park Yeechae who are working together. Since the beginning of the pension, we have also planned a ranch for experience with animals. In search of mild animals to get along with children, I went to various places at home and abroad, and I worked with experts of alpacas in Australia 4~5 years ago. An alpaca is rather an unfamiliar animal in Korea, but has a mild personality that is very suitable for children to get emotionally together, and can interact with people easily. All professional knowledge and cares of Alpacas have been learned from experts from Australian alpaca ranch. Every effort has been made to ensure that both people and alpacas have a safe experience.

Where you'll be

Where we'll meet
Dochidol Ranch (Log Park Hotel)
Dochidol-gil, Naeup-ri, Aewol-eup, Jeju, where Dochidol Ranch is located, where alpacas live, is a dialect of Jeju, which is named after a huge rock shaped a blade of an ax, also it is said to have been a shelter for tired farmers passing through this place. Our alpaca ranch is also named Dochidol Ranch, naming after the road in hopes of becoming a rest place for travelers. The ranch course is followed by feeding alpacas, then going to where the sheep are and feeding them, then feeding pony, goats, rabbits and chickens. In addition, Dochidol Ranch is located near Mt. Halla, so you can feel the fresh air as well as the natural forest.

It was fun interacting with the alpacas. We got to be very close and we saw other animals like sheeps, goats, bunnies and horses. Free and easy and a magical location. Weather was snowing so made it extra special. Alpaccas were very cute and friendly.
