What you'll do

This is a tour for adults only (17+).

I don't pull punches on the grim and gory details of the stories you'll hear. This tour explores the disturbing secrets and truths about New Orleans, going back to the founding of the colony.

We will meet at the entrance of The Jazz Museum (the Old U.S. Mint), and descend into the French Quarter to discuss tales of prostitution, witchcraft, New Orleans' most gruesome murder, and a ghostly, ever-changing parade of New Orleans’ most wicked characters. You’ve heard rumor of the ‘The Dim Corner’ - now immerse yourself in its disturbing truth.

The tour covers approximately a mile of distance over 1.5 hours, but you won't be counting steps. There will be no less than seven stops of haunted sites and former crime scenes. These stories are unlike any other tour for the simple fact that we dive deep into the specific details of some of the goriest stories New Orleans has to offer. Which is why this is an adult only experience. If you want a PG-13 experience with kids, my tour is not for you. Groups are always 14 people or less.

This tour is especially for aficionados of New Orleans who already know all about the LaLaurie Mansion and are looking to dive deeper into America’s Most Haunted City.

Where we'll meet
The Jazz Museum
New Orleans
We say "Hi" and check-in the entrance of The Jazz Museum (the Old U.S. Mint). After our introduction, We will walk the lantern lit streets of the French Quarter and visit sites such as the location New Orleans' most gruesome murder took place, the statue of Joan of Arc, where our famous Queen of Witchcraft once presided, and much more. The locations of these tales would not be found without an expert that was raised in this neighborhood.

Engaging and emotive guide was friendly and knew how to handle slightly inebriated guests (this IS New Orleans.) Felt like maybe some of the dates and facts were a tad off but overall a fun experience and I learned a few things about buildings and areas in the French Quarter that I had no idea about before. Overall, a recommend.

Ricardo was a very engaging & enthusiastic tour guide! We enjoyed his animated storytelling & deep knowledge of his hometown’s history. This tour wasn’t very creepy, but it was definitely fun & informative so I recommend it!

Ricardo was an amazing tour guide! You could tell that he loved telling the stories, tales, and legends of the French Quarter and New Orleans. Was a great time for all, even though it may have rained.

An amazing tour with our amazing host Scott!! I was captivated by the beautiful yet horrific stories he painted for us. He was headed the same way so he even walked with us towards home and gave us some great recommendations

Good stories told by Scott. He’s obviously passionate about his work. More of a crime tour with resulting ghost stories than a ghost and crime tour. Regardless captivating and enjoyable.
