What you'll do

You will learn how to make homemade Ravioli and other kind of pasta easily and successfully, ravioli are type of dumpling composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough; If you have flour and water you can make pasta and we will teach the secrets. We will teach you to make Ravioli, Tagliatelle and other kind of pasta in different shape and flavours. We will prepare pasta in an open space in San Frediano. The chef will cook all the pasta together you have prepared in order for you to taste it with different sauces and we will be happy to share with you the fantastic organic wine that we produce. Every participant will receive written english instructions for making pasta at home easily and successfully.
N.B: the group can be of maximum 10 people.
Other things to note
The experience takes 3 hours kneading the dough so you have to come prepared.
In times of strong influence we can have quite large groups, it will be the opportunity to discover other countries!

    Giulio was an excellent host and a great teacher. Our family of four had a fantastic time learning how much fun, work, and care goes into making pasta, and we were inspired to buy ravioli formers and a pasta chitarra to make our own pasta at home. Grazie mille, Giulio!

    What a fun experience! Our family had a great time making pasta. Lucca, our instructor, was great and made the class fun and interesting. It was really a fun afternoon to spend in Florence.

    The host was very professional and warm, the class was very well organized and structured and we learned how to prepare 3 types of pastas. Nice meal and wine in the end.

    The pasta/sauces were very tasty. I thought the actual pasta making part was a tad fast and we spent a lot more time listening to the stories/philosophy of the host. My child was pretty much ignored and flustered because of the pace. I wish more attention was paid to the hands-on part so we knew if what we were doing was accurate.
