Born and raised on an old-fashioned houseboat in the canals of Amsterdam, I’ve been on a boat since I can remember. Dreaming, exploring and discovering Amsterdam's canals and her secrets. Silver, Eduke and I have known each other since our childhood, little boys bantering around Amsterdam. When we met up 20 years later, we realized we still shared the same passion for boats and for Amsterdam. With our own bare hands, we built the first ships and two years later Flagship Amsterdam was born. We aimed for a more intimate experience, a tour that matches the soul of our city. We are in love with our city and we want to make sure you’ll fall in love too!

In 60 minutes, we cruise through the unique Unesco Heritage listed Golden Age canals of Amsterdam. We cruise into the Jordaan, a neighborhood known for its famous Prinsengracht towards the most romantic Magere Brug (English: Skinny Bridge – we will work on your Dutch pronunciation later), the Amstel river, the impressive Golden Bend and then past the 9 streets to bring you back to the Prinsengracht

A nice canal cruise but I feel the Airbnb listing doesn't accurately portray how touristy it is. This is the same type of boat you can book right outside the Centraal Station, albiet with a nicer interior. It seemed from the listing this would be closer to a more private cruise. There were probably 25+ people on our tour.

Tour was a lot of fun! Hosts were present and engaging. Group size was quite a bit bigger than expected. Overall it was a good experience.

Even on a very rainy evening this boot tour with Captain Jack & Luc was a great experience! Perfect for a first dive into Amsterdam, with lots of fun & interesting facts

Definitely a great tour. The cheese/wine/beer was a nice addition (extra cost) but they did not know if we paid for the extra and it meant for an uncomfortable moment of me searching through my email to find my ticket. There are two or three boats next to the Anne Frank House and the response time is slow so if you’re lost, I suggest you walking directly up to someone and asking “am I here”. The phone number given is not answered. Overall, really good and comical.

A wonderful way to experience Amsterdam. I was skeptical at first but after a few locals recommended it to me at had to book. The city looks different from the water and your guide has plenty of fun facts about new and old.

The tour was lovely. The storytelling was fun and interesting and pretty well thought trough! I loved it. They even provided tons of blankets on the open boat which made it cozy even though it was very cold! Can only recommend it.
