Ένα όμορφο διαμέρισμα 65 τ.μ στο κέντρο της πόλης, σε άριστη κατάσταση, πλήρες ανακαινισμένο (Νοε 20) και με ιδιωτικό parking. Διαθέτει σαλόνι - κουζίνα, μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένα. Είναι ιδανικό για να φιλοξενήσει οικογένεια, ζευγάρια, επαγγελματίες με δυνατότητα διαμονής μέχρι 4 άτομα. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από εμπορικά καταστήματα, δημόσιες υπηρεσίες, καφετέριες. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν φούρνος (20μ), S/M (50μ.), φαρμακείο (30μ), μεγάλο πάρκο αναψυχής (15μ).
