The apartment is located only 5 minutes walk from Central Station. All central squares and the old town are within walking distance or accessible by public transport, stop directly in front of the door. After a busy day, the view of the countryside and a break on the small balcony compensates for all the strains. The fitted kitchen, the bathroom with tub and the large living area leave nothing to be desired. The apartment of 65 sqm is ideal for 2 persons but it will find a place to sleep for up to 4 people.

Great restaurants, cafes, shops, chic boutiques and Erfurter Dom are in the immediate vicinity. A piece of Tuscany in Erfurt's center /parking space

The apartment is located on the upper ground floor in an old storage building of the former garden-building company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the reason of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above was newly built around 1850 and has been completely renovated to a high quality in recent years. All the interior walls of the exterior sheath of the house are made with clay plaster, ensuring a pleasant room climate.

Restaurants,bars(can be audible at night) shopping is in the immediate vicinity. The property has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom accessible via the hallway and with toilet/washbasin This bedroom has a French balcony (floor deep secured window)overlooking the World Heritage Site!
