2 Bedroom 2 bathroom stone cottage set in a charming village in Leicestershire. The cottage can sleep 2 couples or you can have a double and 2 singles. The cottage has recently been refurbished to a very high standard with excellent facilities. Open plan kitchen, dining and comfortable sitting room. The village has an excellent pub as well as a windmill with tea rooms.

My bungalow is located about a mile from the nearest point of Rutland water. A 5-10 minute drive will take you to the Hambleton peninsular with its Michelin starred restaurant. This room can be hired alone or with a twin en-suite bedroom in the same private part of the house. (See separate listing.) Guests have their own access and ample parking. There is a private patio for guests use. There is a small fridge in the room. We also provide a light breakfast of rolls, cheese and fruit.
