This is a self contained part of our house. Downstairs is a kitchen and the bathroom upstairs there is a seating area and the bedroom. We have a smallholding with sheep and other animals on occasions. The house is located on a fairly quiet lane close to beaches at Bracklesham Bay and the Witterings. The RSPB reserves at Medmerry and Pagham are also close. Chichester is a few miles away and also Goodwood with its racing and other events. Sorry no dogs allowed apart from Guide/Assistance dogs.

Our annexe is located in the seaside village of Bracklesham Bay, 15 minute walk from the beach and other amenities including a newsagent and restaurant. We are also only a short drive from East Wittering which has an abundance of cafe and shops including Boots, Tesco’s. The cathedral city of Chichester and Goodwood are only a half hour drive away. If you want to visit the beach at West Wittering we would recommend booking the car park in advance. The perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.
