Lovingly newly furnished approx. 50 m² basement apartment in a fantastically quiet location. Only 1,3 km away from the most beautiful old town Germany (focus), within 13 minutes walking distance. Especially in summer you can spend relaxing barbecues in our garden. Only a short walk away is the recreation area Mutschach with its hiking trails, bike tours and also the Aralweiher a wonderful bathing lake for all ages is highly recommended.

We live in a more than 200-year-old and lovingly renovated farmhouse on Romantic Street. The apartment is located at the top of the house and is divided into two rooms with two beds each and a common lounge with kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The lounge has a small kitchenette incl. Stove and small oven as well as seating and a table. The apartment has a separate entrance.
