One small bedroom with Queen bed. Common area has child size sofa bed, large comfortable recliner, TV (with Netflix), work space, and kitchenette. Outside deck with gas grill. Free parking. Pets ok: please discuss first. Ideal for 1 or 2 adults, but could accommodate 1 or 2 kids as well. No more than 2 adults.
