Idyllic Svaneke house overlooking Vigehavn

Lovely half-timbered house, in a long time at Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes walk from Svaneke city center and just steps from the cliff path and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which is with two built in junior beds - however, two single beds can easily be set instead. The house is in great condition and offers kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private terrace to the south. There is good insulation, district heating and wood-burning stove and is therefore rented throughout the year.

Holiday house close to sandy beach

This holiday home is located in a resort town of 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a communal swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, communal house, a laundry room, car park, and waste container. All grasslands are shared. There is NO parking at the house. The house can accommodate 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I'm not much for pets, but by appointment, it can be arranged. The beach is about 300m away. The city is located in a forest, with lots of nature.

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

NB, important: In June, July and August, rental is primarily full weeks from saturday til saturday. In some cases we do from Sunday to Sunday. This luxury cottage contains all facilities including a nice bright living room with quality furniture, an open kitchen and dining room as well as three bedrooms and a loft. Finally you will find a lovely bathroom with a nice sauna and spa and forest view. In 2022 a new wooden patio was build and a trampolina set up for the kids Electricity during the stay will be charged at 3 kr per Kwh, while water consumption is included
