The apartment has recently been repainted and renovated, including LED lighting and new finishes throughout.
--The unit has a well-equipped gourmet kitchen. If you don't see what you need, just ask; we are avid cooks and live two blocks away.
--Check in by 9PM; check out 11AM. We can usually accommodate a late check-in.
You'll have access to the entire apartment. The building's roofdeck is reserved for the use of residents only.

The apartment is located in Seattle's Westlake Park. Pike Place Market, the Convention Center, and Seattle's Link light rail are yards from the front door, as is the monorail to the Space Needle and Seattle Center.
We are especially happy to welcome as guests people of diverse backgrounds, race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.
The building does not have a garage. I recommend you use the convenient and reasonably priced garage in Century Square across the street. There is a wide variety of other parking options as well.
Building rules require you to provide me with your first and last name (which your Airbnb profile may already contain) in advance of your stay and to sign the building's guest book when you check in.
