Right on the water! Offstreet parking with 50 steps down to the front door. Sit on the deck above the water and watch spectacular sunsets over the Chilkat Mtn Range. The space will accommodate two couples or a family of six. Wonderful covered deck with grill and outdoor dining. Totally possible to see humpback whales, orca, seals, sea lions, waterfowl, river otters, harbor porpoises, kingfishers, eagles and bear while sitting on the deck or looking out the window. Family friendly & work space.

Enjoy this spacious and unique space while watching whales, sea lions, and eagles in their natural habitat. This stunning property is located in the middle of the best trailheads and whale watching in Juneau. This property has two futons, one downstairs in the living room, and one upstairs in the loft. Things to note: The property is only accessible by a flight of outdoor stairs. The fireplace is unfortunately not in use. There is beach access from nearby trails, but not from the property.

Your getaway is centrally located between the Mendenhall Glacier and downtown shopping. You can sleep 8 comfortably, enjoy 2 living spaces and even study in the office. Be careful not to leave out your picnic basket as you may encounter one of our local neighbors but if you do give them their space!
