The cozy house is located in the picturesque village of Konice about 5 km from Znojmo and on the very border of Podyjí National Park. Right above the house rises the beautiful church of St. James, which is the dominant of the village and can be seen from the wide surroundings. The village also passes through the most popular cycling trails leading through the vineyards and virgin nature of Podyjí. There are many wine cellars nearby. The house is completely furnished. Crazy little house - you will love it!

The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house. Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.
