Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Very rural setting with private bedroom which over looks the pond and fields, dining space, new downstairs kitchen and shower room. There is easy parking right outside the coach house front door. We are down a private road and only 3 miles from Northampton Town centre. Close to village pubs, lots of lovely walks from our door, parks and country park reservoir.

The BarnThe Barn is a self contained stone cottage, annexed to our home in the heart of the beautiful village of Moulton, Northamptonshire, (Winner of the Northamptonshire village of the year award 2018). The Barn, which dates back to 1800's, is a cottage bursting with charm and is situated in a conservation area, directly opposite St Peter & St Paul's church. Moulton is a quiet village with a number of pubs and restaurants. There is a supermarket, a post office and petrol station all nearby.
