You can put a canoe or kayak in the water, swim or fish directly in front of this cottage. You are welcome to use the two kayaks that we leave in front of the cottage. Loons nest on the small island in front of this cottage. Loons are a common sight here and relaxing while listening to their call and the sound of the water are pleasures of visiting the cottage.

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.

This private studio space is located on our walkout basement level. You will have your own entry with a parking spot just outside the door or in our easy access carport. We are a 15 minute walk to many of the popular businesses on Main Street and there is easy access to I93 for all the outdoor activities in the White Mountain region. We enjoy welcoming travelers to our town and are happy to field any questions you may have. Otherwise, we are very respectful of our guests' privacy.
