Quaint Island Getaway just 20 miles from NYC!

20 miles from mid-town Manhattan! This is a very unique apartment, you have the main portion of the house (owner's apartment) and backyard. My husband and I re-built the interior of this 1901 wood frame home to our unique specifications and ideas so it's a bit of a strange layout, but it's really comfy and cozy. You have an amazing restaurant right next door, a grocery across the main avenue and a 24 hour gas station across the street for munchies! all located on an island in the Bronx!
