Convenient 10 minute drive to Crystal River as well as Publix and shopping within a mile. Right near the springs, boat launch, kayak and golf cart rentals. We also have another luxury tiny house (4 person) on the lot next door so we could combine them for a larger group. Beautiful all age community with heated pool. Steps from dog park!
