Just a few minutes drive from Bradgate Park, NT Stonewell, Richard iii Visitors Centre and the historic town of Ashby de la Zouch with its boutique shops, bars and restaurants. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers as it has great road (M1/M42) and airport (EMA 15mins drive) access.A beautiful rural escape with everything you need for a truly memorable holiday.

Situated just off the M1 we have superb transport links, and only 3miles to Loughborough and the University, and 20min from East Midlands Airport. Petrol station and two supermarkets close by.

This is a ground floor bedroom, it’s really close to the town centre and the university and it can sleep 3, the bathroom is shared with the guests from one other room. There is a fireplace, piano, workspace, Fiber internet. It’s a family home so of course you’re welcome to use the kitchen if you like but it is shared with a family. Please see our other listings for reviews because this is a new listing. Also we are based in another part of the house so you shouldn’t barely see us :)
