Welcome to my NEW , modern and stylish 40 square meters apartment in Piraeus, Athens! The apartment is on the 1st floor. It provides A/C, fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities, full size fridge, cooking appliance with oven, microwave oven, TV. It has 1 double bed and 1 bed/sofa and balcony. Ideal for family with up to 2 kids. There is FREE Internet via wifi router or cable..There is also a clothes washing machine, a clothes drier stand and an ironing board. Free soap for hands is provided and also soap for the disches. Also isntant coffe, sugar, salt and various spices are available. Generally, you may use anything you find in the house. The area where the apartment is located is quiet and nice, very close to the sea, at walking distance from the port of Piraeus. The house is 50 meters from mini market. Also, if you need to do some shopping, the shopping area is just 150 meters far. You can also find many small nice tavernas around the place. Regarding transportation, the house is 1km far from Piraeus Main Train station and Piraeus metro station with connection to the airport and the rest of Greece. Also there is a bus station 50 meters away, connecting the house to the port , the train station and the center of piraeus. The tv is 21 inch hd tft monitor/tv where you can connect your laptop if you need so. You will find in the house clean sheets, blankets and towels for your full stay. Hot water is available the whole time, due to the solar panel heater and ofcourse with electric boiler in case there is no sun, which ussually does not happen often. For winter days you may use the A/C for heating, or the autonomus central heating provided by the building. I would be really happy to host you!
