In an enviable position just a 5 minute walk from a sandy beach, Ellesmere is a terraced house in New Quay. Our family bought the house in 1963, and three generations have enjoyed holidays here, escaping from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The house is comfortable and homely rather than boutique. Perfect if you want to get fit as it is up a steep hill, but within walking distance of New Quay's beaches, shops and eating places, it is also a 5 minute walk to the Ceredigion Coastal Path.

Recommended by the Sunday Times (12.09.21), Hen Efail is close to Cors Caron (the largest raised bog in Britain), the Cambrian Mountains and only 30 minutes' drive to the beautiful Ceredigion coastline. Arhosfa

Arhosfa is situated 3 miles from the coastal, university town of Aberystwyth in a small village. It's always been a family home which has recently been fully renovated and modernised throughout. It is ideally situated close to the Ceredigion coastal path and local beaches as well as beautiful inland countryside for rural pursuits and sightseeing. The coastal towns of Aberaeron and New Quay are within a 12\15 mile radius and there is a good local bus service along the coastal route.

Ffyllon Fawr is a south facing farmhouse built in approx 1890 and has been sympathetically renovated and modernised recently. The farmhouse is in an elevated position and overlooks the farmyard and the beautiful open countryside. To one side is a level patio area with a picnic table and bench leading onto a sloping lawn area. At present the land is grazed by sheep and wildlife is also in abundance, badgers, rabbits, wild birds to include red kites, buzzards, ducks and wild geese.

My three bedroomed house is a typical terraced house, but step up through the front door, it opens up into a modern spacious accommodation, over three flours. Situated in an elevated position overlooking the heart of Aberystwyth, the quiet neighbourhood becomes a peaceful haven when the daily hustle and bustle settles down. Enjoy superb views of the townscape and distant sea view. Only a short walk to all amenities. Shops, train station, busses 7min and promenade and beach 9min.

A traditional 2 bed cottage, newly renovated, light and cosy with all mod cons. Situated in the picturesque village of St Dogmaels, with views of the river. Suitable for couples or families alike, it has an open plan living/kitchen area with wood burning stove and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
