Possibility of private parking €15/day Apartment located in a quiet area and close to the market of Talensac, very popular market of Nantes for its products. The apartment has an area of 45m2. The decoration is warm and functional. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 apartments. His passing side brings him a great light. The T2 consists of an entrance that overlooks the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed to cook on site (induction plates, oven, dishwasher, fridge... ) A sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional people (children preferred). The room equipped with a comfortable bed of 140x200 overlooks a garden, ensuring serene nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a basin with storage. It is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, new. The toilets are separate. A high chair and an umbrella bed for babies are available on request. Guests have access to the entire property and all its amenities. 15€ surcharge for arrivals after 22H. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Renowned for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located right in front of the apartment. There are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. Bicycle service - city of Nantes - Station Bicloo Close to tram and buses. Tram - Line 3 stop Bretagne or Jean Jaures Tram - Line 2 stop Place du Cirque Bus - Line C2 stop Talsensac If you use public transport, the apartment is accessible via TRAM line N°2, stop Talensac or Viarme. Bedding, towels and tea towels are at your disposal. Baby equipment (umbrella bed and high chair) are available on request. Remember to take your turbulette!

My apartment located in the heart of the city (40 m2) and the historic district of Nantes. It features a separate bedroom from the living room and the kitchen is open. Located in a dynamic neighborhood, it is however very quiet. Immediate proximity with all amenities (bakery, Monoprix restaurants, shops, bar, grocery stores) but also the Castle, the Cathedral, the banks of the Erdre and all transportation. You will have to live with Comète the cat, the mascot of the apartment 😻

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
