Settled in a brand new neighborhood. Large fenced back yard with a screened in back porch that includes a reclining sofa and a tv. Ethernet ports in every room. 4k streaming wifi. The game room has a reclining love seat with two 55 inch TVs along with every game.775 books spread around the living room. Beds incline . Master bed is a king sleep number . Living room has sectional with recliners and a chaise that can sleep 3. There’s also a spare 4 inch mattress topper perfect for kids to sleep.

Completely renovated June 2023. Perfect for 2 or more families. 2 master bedrooms downstairs, each with a king bed and full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with bunks. The upstairs rooms share a full sized bath. Launch your boat or access the lake at the end of Landing Road (350 yards), or at Eagle Bay Boat Ramp (1 mile drive).
