Quiet and Friendly cul-de-sac

The place is in a very quiet and friendly cul-de-sac, with parking on the driveway. It is very clean, comfortable and bright having been recently renovated and decorated though out. I am around a twenty minute walk to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire. A short walk to a bus stop with buses every 15 minutes that can take you to the town centre . I'm a friendly host but also happy to leave you to your own devices.
