we make maple syrup in our sugar shack that we built ourselves every spring. we figured why not give people a chance to enjoy it the other times of of the year. it's real simple but everything you need with a small kitchen with a stove top and oven, running water, all the kitchen utensils necessary, a composting toilet that is really simple to use and directions are provided, and an old fashioned shower with on demand hot water. we have even made a small fire pit in the backyard for you to enjoy

We have taken great care in designing and renovating our home into the modern, cozy, sunny home that it is today. We are a 15-20 minute drive to Mad River Glen, Mt. Ellen and Sugarbush. You can bike, hike, or snowshoe right out our door. There are many restaurants and two grocery stores within a 15 minute drive in Waitsfield, 20 min to Waterbury. We have high speed fiber WiFi throughout our home. We welcome all guests and well behaved dogs (no cats at this time).
