Luxury Modern Loft in Historic Central Downtown Building

A brand new, chic, modern loft in a beautiful historic building in the middle of downtown. The best of the original features, like beautiful antique wooden floors and old brick work, combined with the comfort of contemporary luxury. High end appliances, European design, comfort and style. Elevator, secure electronic street entrance. The loft is perfectly comfortable for 2 guests, whether they are a couple, friends or relatives. We can make up the king bed as two twins when needed. For parents traveling with their children we can set up a pull out bed (or two). I live nearby and am available to answer any questions in person, by phone or by text Walk just steps to all of the great culinary treats, restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries, boutiques, salons, galleries, an independent movie theater, music venues, artists' studios, and all of the downtown liveliness that makes Asheville so unique. There is plenty, secure and covered parking across from our front door, in the city operated parking deck. Maximum fee per day is $10. There is a second, even larger parking garage on the next block. You can easily and safely walk all of downtown and leave your car in its spot during your stay. Our building is residential and we greatly value our good relationship with our neighbors. There is a strict non-smoking policy throughout the building, and we ask our guests to keep noise and nuisance to a minimum at all times. Our loft is not a space for loud entertaining or parties.

Slow season amazing rates. Great home base literally 10 steps from downtown Asheville. No Uber or parking fees. A hop to the interstate and mountains. Lexington Market spot, with designated parking space, all downtown nightlife Asheville offers within easy walking distance. Breweries, bars, restaurants, galleries, music etc. . . . Wifi throughout, SMART tv with courtesy Netflix, Walk in shower with 2 shower heads and separate soaking tub. THE DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE IS A#10 on premises.

You will be close to everything, in this centrally-located property. You can walk to restaurants or Uber to many fantastic places. Center of downtown is 1.9 miles. Apartment is being rented as “choose your own bedroom”. If your reservation has more than 2, or you want to use both rooms, contact us through the website. We can work with accommodations. Couch is 12.5 feet and is extremely comfortable for sleeping. “THIS IS NOT A SHARED SPACE’! Only for the ONE guest that books it. NO PETS.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Asheville, this condo offers the best location for exploring the city. Restaurants, shopping, breweries are all within an easy walk. The building has just undergone a complete renovation. The main floor of the building is now home to Highland Brewing, Bun Intended, Farm Dogs, Buxton Hall Chicken Shack, The Hop Ice Cream, and the Times Coffee Bar.
