4 minutes by walk to Bitez beach, with pool and garden

Our house is a 10-minute walk from Bitez beach, in a secured site. One of the 2 pools is at the entrance of the site and the other is right in front of the house. Although there is a common pool, the pools are very calm in the summer. The sea and nature views of our balconies are accompanied by bird sounds. Our house is within walking distance to the coastal restaurants and markets and 6 KM from Bodrum bus station. There are many details such as wifi, Turkish coffee machine, cable smart tv. Our garden has nectarin and lemon trees.

My place is close to: Public transportation to the sea shopping markets, public market, health clinic, eza close to ATMs, city center. You'll love my place because of this: a beautiful garden sea view, all kinds of kitchen utensils and all kinds of household furniture, a clean Painted, shiny apartment, a camera system apartment, an alarm, an open car park, a detached apartment with a generator on the site. My space is suitable for families (with children). Triple and non-triple swimming lodge near the sea.

Cosy 2Br Apt w/ Gorgeous View

The apartment is located in a deadend alley, on the top floor of a two level building. It's a cosy and spacious place which is close to the attraction spots, located in a rural area. Magnificent Greek Islands and sunset view. There is A/C (heater/cooler) in the living room and in the double bedroom. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms. There's a 2,5 tons water supply with pump in case of water shortage. Electricity, water and internet (30MBit 600GB/mth) is included in the price.

Great location with a breathtaking view! Great for multiple couples & families. Awesome location with 20-minute drive from the airport, 6-minute drive to the beach and 2-minute walk to grocery stores. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Air conditioning in each room. Gorgeous yard with sea view, dining table, swing chair and barbeque are waiting for you to entertain your guests. Private parking for one car and street parking for others. (Community pool is not available due to disputes with management)

The hours of the Sunset and the Moon are well worth living. The apartment, consisting of 2 rooms, a lounge and an American kitchen, has all the necessities for 4 people.
