Our top floor studio has everything you will need for a fun and convenient vacation or staycation! While our 3D White Wall is certainly a feature that is popular among our guests, we have also designed this condo to maximize space and have supplied everything you need to feel right at home...and we want you to feel this way, its important to us! This condo has: A super-comfortable queen size murphy bed that folds into the wall when you are not sleeping to create more space. It also has pull-around bed curtains to provide a private and cozy sleeping environment. Fantastic throne-like vintage yellow chairs. They are TALL! A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a complete coffee bar, wine and champagne glasses, pots, pans, utensils, and fabulous dishware. And yes…of course…there is also a corkscrew! An couch that folds out to a full size bed. Plush mattress toppers and blankets could keep you in bed all day. Clean and comfortable bathroom with supersize mirrors and a rain shower! Wifi Washer and Dryer (in the building) All home amenities including (iron, hairdryer, etc) Pool access during the warm months! And much more! Guests have access to all facilities including the full condo, washer/dyer, parking, and pool. We have been awarded "AIRBNB Superhosts." This means we go above and beyond for our guests. You are welcome to email, call, or text us at anytime and we usually respond within an hour, if not right away! This condo is located in the 12th South and Melrose neighborhoods - which are 2 of the most popular, must-visit neighborhoods in Nashville. Within walking distance are shops, many restaurants and bars, grocery stores, a Walgreens and CVS, and just about everything else you need. Broadway, the famed honkytonks, and the heart of downtown is only a 5-minute drive away! This condo has a keyless entry system. Guest are sent their own unique key code prior to arrival.

Our second-story (top floor) studio has everything you will need for a fun and convenient vacation or staycation! A hand-made wood glowing wall, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to feel right at home...and we want you to feel this way, its important to us! Extremely comfortable queen size bed and a couch that folds out to a full size bed. Plush mattress toppers and blankets could keep you in bed all day. Clean and comfortable bathroom! Pool access during the warm months! There is plenty of free parking at the condo and a very nice pool area. Private entry to the unit with keypad. We have lived here for over 25 years and know pretty much everything about this town. We are super available and are excited to be the best hosts ever. We are flexible and friendly and can be as available as you want us to be. The studio is walking distance to 12South and Melrose. It's just minutes to Hillsboro Village, the Gulch, and Downtown. Find great food one minute from the door. And there's a liquor store right next door. Nashville is very easy to get around...though mass transit isn't exactly our 'thing', yet! Lyft and Uber is everywhere and you can easily rent bikes at one of the many bike rental stations scattered around town. we are close to everything! Check in at 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am At the front door, enter your unique code on our key-less lock. In the unlikely event that you can't access the condo, please call and we will assist you. We are a non-smoking vacation rental and do not allow pets.
