The apartment is located on the left side of the first floor with a private entrance and lock code that changes for each guest. There is an outdoor grill area and back patio with seating to relax on listening to a seasonal fountain. Centre Market shops & restaurants are at the end of the block. 3blocks from Heritage Walking trail along the Ohio river. Some Breakfast items and snacks usually on hand.

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.
