My home: Nice house very near to the beach.

My house is perfectly situated, in a quiet street. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a well equipped kitchen and a big terrace (it is all round the house) and you can eat outside. It has a nice, little garden and a barbaque there. The house has Wi-fi internet. It is very near to the beach ( less 5 minute walking),. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year adding a considerable discount each month).

240-meter duplex apartment. Excellent location. We have it enabled to accommodate up to 8 people, complete families, groups of friends, couples. It has 2 bedrooms, each one with a double bed, 2 complete bathrooms, and one service bathroom. 2 independent kitchens with all the necessary utensils, 2 living rooms with a double sofa bed, one with a fireplace and 2 terraces, one of them with a barbecue. Our apartment has a perfect location. It is situated in Gandia beach. We have a beautiful terrace with umbrella and canopy. neww...If you have Netflix or HBO you can watch it. Near from the apartment is full of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, etc. We appreciate puntuability and respect to our rules , smoking is not allowed.
