We are located in the heart of the historic district of downtown Batesville, the oldest city in Arkansas. It is a newly renovated home that dates back to 1877. Beautiful wood floors, exposed chimneys and wavy glass windows will give you the feeling of going back in time. Walking distance to all downtown attractions. While the space is attached to our home, you will have private parking, private entrance and the entire upstairs to yourself. You will have as much privacy as desired.

The interior is aviation themed and furnished with several commercial airliner pieces. We are right on an active railroad track and you WILL hear the train on occasion. They do not have a set schedule so it's possible that the train horn will blast during the night/early morning.
