Newly built house, with great ventilation and plenty of brightness during the day. The house has a good recreation space with pool and showers outside. Kitchen in conjunction with the living room, making the space ample and pleasant. It has a barbecue, and several commercial establishments close to the house, such as markets, pharmacy, bakery, among others. The house has air conditioning in all rooms, in addition to being super functional due to the layout of the planned rooms.

LARGE AND COMFORTABLE HOUSE WITH POOL

The rooms in the house are large and integrated, in addition to a lot of internal space. The house has a beautiful garden, well reserved swimming pool, barbecue area and a canopy. It is a few meters from the beach and the river Saí Mirim. Two very large bedrooms, 1 en-suite with double bed and one bunk bed and bedroom with 2 double beds, both with hot and cold air conditioning. Covered garage for 2 cars and 2 more spaces. Quiet neighborhood for those who want to rest.

Entire apartment located 700 meters from the sea in a quiet well wooded street. Only 3 km from Itapema from the north where the largest movement of people and businesses is concentrated. The apartment is new along with its furniture. Kitchen with all utensils, BBQ grill, SmartTV cable, Wi Fi with 100 megas of speed and other amenities for the main guest and their family to feel at home. Bed and bath linens, guests need to bring.
