Anklam is the starting point for boat trips on the Peene, excursions to the island of Usedom and for day trips to Poland. The Oceaneum in Stralsund and the island Rügen is also worth a trip for a day trip. In the surrounding area, we have countless castles, castle ruins, farms and farm cafés easily accessible.
