Rifugio di quiete e tranquillità

È uno chalet di legno e pietra, la parte superiore è il mio alloggio, mentre la parte inferiore (ristrutturata da poco) è tutta per gli ospiti: due stanze da letto, due bagni, un ampio e luminoso soggiorno e una cucina piccina, ma molto funzionale. Lo spazio esterno è in comune, ma molto ampio, si può tranquillamente parcheggiare la macchina in totale sicurezza. Vi è anche una veranda dove poter mangiare o semplicemente rilassarsi. A pochi minuti di auto ci sono dei centri turistici, laghi e sentieri.

A 50 metri dal mare, immerso in uno splendido parco, intero appartamento in villa storica. Luminosissimo, arredato con cura per creare un luogo nel quale pensare solo a rilassarsi e sentirsi accolti! Il mare cristallino di fronte regala panorami incredibili e tramonti mozzafiato su Stromboli. Due matrimoniali,una doppia, due bagni, salone, cucina, angolo relax, ampio salone-pranzo, terrazza, balcone, aria condizionata ovunque. Lamezia 15km Treno 200mt Tropea 20km Imbarco Eolie 3km Vi aspetto!

La casa si affaccia direttamente sul mare, i fondali trasparenti offrono l’emozione di tuffarsi in un mare incontaminato e cristallino, ma quello che rende davvero unica la casa è il fascino di trovarsi in riva al mare, addormentarsi la sera e svegliarsi al mattino con il suono delle onde renderà la vostra vacanza indimenticabile! Boutique flat on the 'coast of the gods' in Parghelia/Tropea in Calabria. Refurbished and renewed in 2020. Max. 4 pers. No animals Living room and fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob. 2 bedrooms with double beds and spacious closets. Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! Airco, WIFI , safe, parking in front of the door.

5th floor open, very spacious, light filled apartment with elevator. Wide views of the Mediterranean Sea and Aeolian islands including Stromboli. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Cosy house and terrace on the beach next to Tropea

Comfortable apartament with large terrace directly on the beach and only around 10km from Tropea. One of three apartments of a family house with large garden, car park and private access to the beach. Around only nature, some small houses and the blue and warm sea of the bay. Special place to live a direct experience with the sea, to be lulled by the waves breaking just a few steps away. Ideal for families with small children or couples that love tranquillity and the sun.

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening.
