Newly renovated efficiency apartment with exterior entrance. Roomy bed/living room, kitchenette, private bathroom w/ shower. Comfy bed, a table for two looking out at the big maple treetop (with a few hints of the ocean beyond), kitchenette has a bar sink, fridge for your leftovers/bevys, and a microwave to heat them up! It’s on the 3rd floor, so you’ll be getting your workout! Red chairs on the front yard are for guest use- enjoy the fresh air and ocean breeze! Very clean, bright space.

Open concept small studio, private patio and entrance, full kitchen. *SHARED wall between studio and main house, therefore some shared noise. 2 minute walk to the ocean , Lobster and Blues Festivals. A small swimming beach is a 5 minute walK, 5-10 minutes to the Farnsworth and CMCA museums, Strand Theater, restaurants, antiques shops & galleries. ALSO NOTE we do not have television. The Farm By The Sea is a place to unwind and take in some nature. Private Beach. Kayakers dream. The Farm sits on 5 acres on the ocean in Trenton. A short drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. You may enjoy dipping your toes at the oceans edge or you may like to just watch the garden grow. The apartment is self sufficient with private bathroom and entrance. We would want you to know that we may be up early mornings along with the chickens so early risers would do best here.

Cozy, clean efficiency studio with private entrance. This is a small space of approx 120 square feet plus a full bath. Queen-size Spring Air Chattam Wells Pillow Top Mattress. Lots of pillows. 2 Stove top burners, microwave, refrigerator. I provide lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap. 3.4 miles to downtown Ellsworth, 23 miles to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. 15 miles to Bucksport, 12 miles to Blue Hill and 30 miles to Bangor. 27 miles to Historic Castine.

Lake House Cottage

Cozy two bedroom apartment attached to our home on Hermon Pond in Hermon Maine. We are 5 minutes from the interstate, 20 minutes from Bangor international airport and about an hour from Acadia National Park. With our long private driveway and pond in the backyard it could be the middle of nowhere. The apartment was recently remodeled and has a very cozy camp feel with wide yellow pine walls, hidden doors and a great view of the lake.
