Our Cozy Log Cabin has a sweet front porch overlooking the mountains, horses grazing and wildlife. Aspen trees provide a shady cool yard. The downstairs bedroom has a comfy queen bed. great house by the park, Fun for the whole family!

Beautiful house just 200' from the biggest park in town with giant playgrounds ,pavilions, ball parks, a skate park, and soccer fields. it has plenty of parking and a two car garage. a super spacious fully fenced back yard for the kids. You are only 2 minutes from one of the best golf courses in utah, and just minutes from some of the best fishing around. Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
