A sweet cottage in the safest and most prestigious neighborhood in the city. Located close to restaurants, museums, a Metro station (Piata Victoriei) and parks. One bedroom with a king-size bed (180-200cm), a living room with pull-out couch, full bathroom with walk-in shower, a kitchen with a clothes washer and dryer combo unit and a cooking-top. It is secured by a tall wall and 24/7 armed security on the street. Charming with exposed beams, brick wall, lighting and outdoor reading space.

Extensive patio with cherry trees, and a lovely grassy rug for walks. BBQ available. The place is secluded, there's a forest around. The village has a shop for essentials. Kyustendil is about 12 km away. About 50 meters from the house there is a spring with lovely drinking water from the mountain.
