Simple Sleepout

Warm sleepout with power, COLD water only, sink, fridge and Queen bed. Jug, toaster, hot plate, bench oven, cookery and cutlery.Toast, cereals, hot drinks, milk, spreads provided as well as COLD outdoor shower and camping toilet behind sleepout. 20 meters from our house. Lots of animals and kids around, but the sleepout is private.10 minute drive to 90 mile Beach and Kaitaia. 5 minutes to Unahi boat ramp on Rangaunu Harbour. 87km on SH1 to Cape Reinga. No WiFi sorry.. But there's books to read!

Please note I have a dog who is inside sometimes and a friend who has 2 dogs that lives on the property nearby. Dogs are friendly. I am accepting people who have not had the experimental Covid serum. The gardens and home may have changed in some ways from the original photos. It is home. It is country, not city, please be realistic with expectations. Stars are easy to see at night. We are close to the beach and lakes. Amazing sunsets. Thursday's check in after 7.30pm appreciated.)

A simple bach at the beach to relax and enjoy the view .Great location, awesome sunsets front verandah. Large fenced section .Sheltered bbq area out the back. Handy to Cape bus pickup. Great for families, couples or singles. Awesome spot. All beds made up and plenty of extra linen in the hotwater cupboard to help your self too. Lots of awesome walks handy.Apart from the beach Lake Ngatu is 5mins up the road with its DOC walking track around it.Also forestry/beach walks.
