It was completely rebuilt in 2013, with a queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa. Set far back from the road, with off street parking in the nicely landscaped yard, it's safe and quiet. Wifi with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other modern amenities while retaining its 1940's charm. The Cottage is in the same lot as a law office, which has complete office equipment. It is ideal for business travel, as well as personal stay. We encourage long-term rentals of the furnished property.

This is a completely new apartment in a safe neighborhood. I am right on a Main boulevard and there’s a bus stop right across the street from the house. You can use my driveway for parking or rely on uber/ lyft if you’re flying in. I’m 1.8mi from the airport & 12mi from downtown. Bus is not reliable in the city so I recommend using Lyft or a rental. Starbucks/ Walmart are 3 blocks away from home. Don’t expect being able to walk to main attractions. It requires a car for that.
