Located 25 minutes from Le Mans ( Circuit des 24h ) and 20 minutes from the ZOO de la Flèche, you will find everything you need within 5 minutes ( Pizzeria, Bakery, Supermarket...). Completely refurbished accommodation in 2021. Our four-legged friends are welcome, as long as we don't leave them alone in the property.
